We, pharmacists of Orange County in meeting assembled, seeking to improve the condition in general in the profession of pharmacy, and for the elevation and advancement of professional and business knowledge among the pharmacists in this area and knowing that concerted action, comparison of ideas, are necessary for the advancement of such causes, and that close cooperation and affiliation with the Pharmacists Society of the State of New York will facilitate the accomplishment of our purposes, do hereby organize ourselves into a permanent association and an affiliate of the Pharmacists Society of the State of New York for the purpose of accomplishing such results, and adopt the following constitution and by-laws as our permanent guide. ~PREAMBLE to the PSOC Constitution~
