The Pharmacists Society of Orange County was organized to improve the condition in general in the profession of pharmacy and for the elevation and advancement of professional and business knowledge among the pharmacists in this area. A concerted action and comparison of ideas are necessary for the advancement of such causes. The Pharmacists Society of Orange County works in close cooperation and affiliation with the Pharmacists Society of the State of New York to facilitate the accomplishment of our purposes.

Governor Signs AMMO Bill into Law

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo signed Assembly Bill 5502-B, the Anti-Mail Order Pharmacy Bill, into law to provide patients with choice as to where they fill their prescriptions.

PSOC Immunizer Program

PSSNY 2012 Mid Winter Conference

The PSSNY Mid-Winter Conference is being held January 19-22, 2012 at The Holiday Inn, Wolf Road, Albany, NY. Continuing Education programs will include Bloodborne Pathogen Training, CPR and the Pharmacy Based-Immunization Training Program. Details are available on the PSSNY web site.
